results are out and for the 1st time in my nus career, my cap finally rise? after some much yrs of studying, i finally knw and confirm that studying is abt quality, not quantity?
i rem the 1st sem in poly, i wanted to do well and i spent most of my time studying? i went straight home right after sch while all my frens went out? and my grades wasnt impressive at all... 3C n 2B? and i spent my remaining 2.5 yrs slacking and i got respectable grades?
then came uni... the 1st yr was spent slacking and my cap was still alright... this prompt me to start my engine in yr 2 and i aim maintain or improve my cap? it seriously went wrong and for the 2 sems, my cap dropped like mad? i was seriously demoralized... i made a pact at the beginning of the sem not to study so much, not to put in too much effort? and i only started studying during the study week... and this time, my cap improved... but its only enough to cover wat i lost in yr 2? maybe i was putting too much pressure on myself? i guess so...
christmas is finally here... and i'm not in the christmas mood at all... jus feel that christmas is jus any other day? perhaps i been working tooo much? i guess i need a rest... anyway... advanced merry christmass to all!

a week of diseaster... guess i am really those unlucky type...
last fri went back to sch with dear to borrow her equipment for her fyp... as we were carrying quite heavy stuff back home, we decided to take the train to boon lay then back to tampines... this will ensure theres seats for us? after we board the train, the train to pasir ris arrived. and its EMPTY. damn... i was like "??? WTF WTH!???" cos this is the 1st time i seen an empty train heading to pasir ris...
for apparent no reason, i bang my forehead into my house door last night. and i can seriously tell... this is a really gd SOLID door. good effort for the gov to install fire-rated doors in hdb. it was so solid that i felt giddy and numb for a min and then the pain was unbearable. and i went to work todae with a bun on my head. and i still had the door mark on my forehead la!

saw a major n minor accident on my way back from jurong point. a car stopped at zebra crossing for pple to cross and another car came up from behind n bang into it... and as usual singaporeans, both parties came out to examine their cars regardless of the traffic building up... it was until 5mins later that they discovered that its a 1 lane traffic and its causing a considerable heavy jam? when i drove past them, both cars appeared fine to me and i jus cant wonder wat the heck those 6 pple are looking for? perhaps one of them drop her diamond earring? blah.
saw a huge accident on PIE heading to tuas on my way back... the accident was real scary. so scary that ur hair will stand.... both sides of the PIE was jammed n packed up... and i was thinking... 1 side sure got accident and the other side was the kpo side? and as i edged closer, my side was the kpo side and basically, there was a pileup of at least 6 cars? from afar, i saw a cab dangling in mid air... and i thought like the EMAS recovery was clearing the accident site? but i was wrong... the cab smashed on top of 2 cars at a 45 degress angle and those 2 cars was squashed at the top and at the front n back too, by the respective vehicles from the front n back. seriously, i got the feeling that the survivor rate of the pple in these 2 vehicles is nearly 0... their cars was jus a heap of scrap metal... hope everyone involved in the accident will recover fast...
lastly, i got a feeling that i ran the red light todae... hope the camera wasnt working... i hope... else i will join gary's exclusive club le... sob sob...

back to sch todae for a resume seminar with dear... was so surprised tat science fac was filled with people... the canteen was full and queues were long during lunch time... it was jus like a normal day in sch... a gd thing though... if there were only a handful of pple and onli a few selected stalls was open... it will be damn demoralizing...
the resume seminar was quite ok... the first 2 lessons which took 4 hrs was quite boring... in the sense tat the things taught were merely on the surface... esp the 1-3pm class... i fell asleep a couple of times cos i cant realli take it... however... i begin to buck up when i was arrowed to do a role play. i had to pretend to be an interviewee interviewed by 3 interviewers. and i safely pull thru by talking cock my way out... lolol... well... had some gd remarks by the class and the lecturer... hahaha... which reaffirm my king of talking cock status... hahaha...
i was soo soo surprised when i saw something from my generation popped out in our global university tutorial room... which is....

a CHALKBOARD!
it realli reminds me of my pri sch days where theres a duty rooster allocating pupils to clean the chalkboard. during or after lessons, the teacher will call for the allocated pupil to clean the board when the board is full of words and during recess, the pupil had to "dust" the duster to remove the chalk and it will be like snowing... haha... on top of that, there are other colors available other than white? theres red and blue if i not wrong? whenever my shoes are dirty and in order to avoid scolding from mama, i will take the chalk to color and camo my shoes? lolol... those were the days?
after the seminar, dear accompanied me to cut hair... dear wanted to cut her hair too de... but as the hairstylist is knocking off, dear let me cut my hair even though she got an interview next week? dear always give up things for me de... so so touched... dear was so fond of irritating me on the bus... i was so so so irritated that i actually bite her? i think i biet a bit hard though and it left marks? and there were red marks on her hand when we head home... sorry dear... it was realli unintentional de... but i knw i will jus love u more... MoRe... MORE?

been such a long long time since i last blogged... even though many days had passed, i still wanna say... exams are over! for gd! haha... jus like yanwen say... 23 dec is mayday... not wu yue tian but the release of exam results... don really look forward to this day... but if i dont get past this day... there will be no christmas! hoho...
speaking of christmas... went with deary to see see the christmas lightings yesterdae! it was nice... n there are speakers placed along the streets playing christmas songs... the christmas mood is in the air! haha... heres a pic of it though... shall upload our nice pretty pics if theres any... sigh... getting fatter... time to trim the fats!
finally watched madagascar 2 (if i spelled correctly) yesterdae... the show was real nice! the producers placed a lot of emphasis on the plot with plenty of funni stuff... the statue of liberty... the ying huo chong serving as the light and mani more... it jus flow seamlessly with part 1... i like the ending... where alex finally knw how to differentiate his pal from other zebras... lolol...
lastly, if anyone of u is ard cineleisure... u must try BBQ chicken! i dont anyhow recommend food on my blog unless its great food?! so u must try try try! haha... its fried with 100% virgin olive oil... and most imptly, theres no fats beneath the skin of the chicken! so u can eat with ease? hoho...
